Individual feedback report

It aims two main objectives: 

  • Increasing and facilitating individual self-awareness by helping people to better understand impacts that one’s behavior can have on others.

  • Deciding and setting up with the person 2 or 3 development actions to progress


During the face-to-face feedback, that last approximately 1h30 to 2h00, the assessee will receive an individual report. Following this interview, a synthesis is send to the assesse and is used as a basis for the development plan. A follow-up interview takes place 2 or 3 months after the feedback report to take the stock of the assesse development plan.
