The Firm was
founded in 1999 by former Resources Human
Directors of international groups. It quickly
began assisting a number of companies of various
sizes, both in France and abroad.

The partners :
Noël BONNIER Noël
Bonnier, aged 52 years; Master’s in
Economics and DESS in Human Resources
Management; began his career as
recruiting officer at Matra Harris. He
then took over the position of
labour-relations supervisor in an
SGS-Thomson microelectronics factory in
Grenoble, before being appointed
associate HRM at Thomson’s Assistance
and Services department.
He later joined the Eridania Béghin-Say
Group and set up its Key Personnel
Management department, before moving on
to the Montedison Group, parent company
of EBS, where for two years he served in
Milan, as Group Vice-president Human
Resources Development.
Back in France, he was senior VP Human
Resources, Information Systems, and
Communication of the Céréol Group (8,000
employees, 37 factories, 15 countries)
from 1995 to 2002. He has also been the
administrator of a number of companies
in France and abroad.
Since 2001, Noël Bonnier co-directs the
Options-RH firm, specialised in the
Management of Men and Organisations. He is SDI®
certified.
Guilaine HERCOUËT Guilaine
Hercouët, aged 49 years, BA in Letters,
began as a teacher. In 1988, she joined
the Thomson Training Campus as
“educational workshop” supervisor.
1990 finds her in Alsthom’s
Transportation division, successively
serving as Head of Training Projects,
Head of Training, and Head of the Career
Development and Training department. In
1997, Guilaine became Human Resources
Manager of a Business of Transport
Division.One
year and a half later, she became
Internal Consulting Change Management in
Alstom Group’s HR.
Currently, Guilaine Hercouët co-directs
Options-RH, specialised in the
Management of Men and Organisations, and
has specialised in skill-assessment
techniques (360, Assessment Centres and
Development Centrea, Interviews…), skill
development (MBTI®, People and team
Coaching…) and in management training. She is MBTI®
certified.
The consultants
Camille GIORDANO
After completing a Bachelor’s Degree in
Management at Concordia University (Montreal,
Canada) and a Master’s Degree in
Strategic Management atDauphine University (Paris,
France), Camille began her career
as a consultant in a major consulting
group, working on strategic and
management issues in a wide variety of
sectors (industry and services).
In 2009, she joined Options-RH as
an HR consultant and specialized herself
into two complementary areas:

Organizational analysis and change
management (organizational change and
development, business process
management…),

HR development projects (assessment and
development centers, training,
recruitment and selection...).
The main focus of her work includes
designing development solutions for both
organizations and people, conducting
skills assessments and assessment
centers, achieving recruitment and
selection processes, developing and
implementing 360 feedback projects.
Caroline TAYLOR
Caroline is a Leadership Development
Specialist and Executive Coach. She has
an M.A. in Coaching & Mentoring Practice
and is licensed to use tools such as
MBTI, Hogan Development Survey, BarOn EQ
and Strengthscope. Caroline is the
author of the highly acclaimed book “Get
Ready for Coaching”.
Caroline has 25 years experience working
in engineering, technology, retail, and
hotel industries. She has worked
internationally for the past 10 years in
organisation and leadership development.
Her last position was as global Director
of Leadership Development with Honeywell
Control Systems.
The main focus of her work includes
facilitating and coaching teams,
designing and delivering organisation
and leadership development solutions and
coaching senior leaders. She has
specific expertise in designing and
implementing 360 feedback projects and
helping organisations to implement
coaching and mentoring programmes.

Tiphène DELALANDE
Tiphène graduated from the Panthéon -
Assas University (Paris, France) with a
Communication – Information Master
degree. She started her career in
Communication and Public Relations, then
went for a Sales and Marketing activity
in two main fields: financial services
and IT. She notably worked as a Sales &
Marketing Engineer for a major bank and
a TCE. She joined Options-RH in order to
intervene on the main projects of this
area.
Peter KLYM
Peter Klym, 50, is British and has been living in France since
1985. After gaining his university
degree at Leeds (B.A Honours French /
Management Studies) he worked for only
18 months in the U.K. before taking up
positions in France as Information
Systems Manager at Fisher Price (toys),
Trinova (automotive) and SmithKline
Beecham (pharmaceuticals). He worked for
14 years with SB (which became
GlaxoSmithKline in 2000), taking on
responsibility firstly for the Quality
Assurance function, then Supply Chain
Management and finally Operational
Excellence and the rollout of the Lean
Six Sigma approach into the French
factories as well as across an
international Supply Chain. After
spending two years working in a
consultancy, he collaborates since the
beginning of 2010 with Options-RH and
offers training, consultancy and support
in the adoption of the Lean Management
approach. He regularly supports both
service and industrial companies with a
firm emphasis on the people aspects of
any improvement initiative.
He is certified APICS/CIRM and is equally at ease working in
English or in French.
